Do you know where your food comes from? It's important that you do. For your health, for the health of this planet we call home, and for literally billions of innocent lives that are victims of our appetites and factory farming.

Do you know what a gestation crate is? A battery cage? Have you heard of pig thumping? I understand that hearing about things that challenge the way you think of things is uncomfortable. But the way things are now is just wrong. You should know.
